| Peterson is a tall, lean pitcher who is very athletic and projectable. He currently throws his fastball in the 89-90 MPH range, and has a lot of separation on his changeup, throwing it in the low 70s. He uses the changeup as a swing and miss pitch. He was used as a reliever in 2012, but put up pretty good numbers. No word on his college commitment. With his size, and the fastball/changeup combo, plus his limited numbers, he looks like an interesting project. |
